We want you to love what you ordered. If something's not right, we'll make it right.
Returns We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition.
Damaged or wrong items If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us at shopcanvidale@gmail.com with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the item.
Refunds Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
